Promotion Offer: ‘Chance to win a Shindig Tee-Shirt and/or Baseball Cap’
Promotion Offer:
The Promoter is running a promotional offer, which invites eligible entrants to enter during the promotional offer period. The promoter reserves the right to reduce or extend depending on the public response. Should there be cheating or abuse of the entry procedure, this would mean stopping the promotional offer, with immediate effect. Conversely, if the promotion runs well the promoter may choose to extend the period of the promotional offer, for a period of time of his choosing.
Promotion offer period:
The promotional offer will commence on Monday 24th April and run until 24th July 2024 (13 weeks)
Eligible Entrant:
There is no legal age in UK law restricting the consumption of energy drinks.

Shindig Product is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women or person sensitive to caffeine. An Eligible Entrant we would regard as being 16 years or over. The retailer has the right to seek ID proof on sale, and the promoter may ask for proof of ID proof, before awarding the prize.
Valid Entry:
The date on a shindig product purchase receipt, will only be valid for the particular month in which the purchase was made. It must clearly state, show and be able to telly with the relevant retailer’s barcode and price of purchase documentation. Proof of Purchase receipt will be required, and the receipt must be uploaded via the QR CODE on the drink can and the brief questionnaire completed. Any entry received outside of the promotional offer period will not be accepted and there can only be one entry per purchase.
If there is doubt or controversy with regards the acceptability of a Win, it will be at the promoter’s discretion, whether or not to award a prize.
Who can enter:
An eligible entrant (refer above to – ‘Eligible Entrant’), can enter and make several entries submissions for each individual purchase, provided the Terms & Conditions of the Offer are adhered to.
The rules pertaining to the offer will apply evenly to retail staff, should they choose to enter when off-duty. The Promoter’s representatives or agents professionally involved in compiling the promotional offer, cannot enter.
Privacy Notice:
DRPD: All entrants accept by partaking in the promotion they may provide personal details and freely consent to the use of this data by the promoter.
Promotional Publicity: A condition to winning a Tee – shirt and / or Baseball cap is that the winner consents to partake in publicity photograph shoots for the benefit of highlighting the promoter’s drink products
The Random Selection & Prize:
The prize for each category – (a) the Baseball Cap, and (b) the Tee -Shirt and Baseball Cap
The intention would be to randomly select, (from all valid eligible entrants), one winner for each category at the end of (or as close as possible to) of April, May and June –i.e. the relevant months over which the Offer is said to run. But this would be subject to a minimum of 12 entries having been received for each category.
Otherwise, the random selection will be covered over until the following month period, or until such time as 12 entries have been received.
Note: The promoter reserves the right to randomly select categories winners for individual stores, where the responds in a particular outlet/s has exceeded expectations.
The Promoter will take all reasonable steps in their endeavour to provide Tee-shirts and Baseball caps in relevant sizes but will not guarantee this for every individual. Clothing sizes are available for a Winner – on a ‘first come, first serve basis. The Promoter will not award an alternative prize.
Contacting the Winner/s:
The winner will be contacted within 14 days of being randomly selected, using either or both the email address and phone number, used in their QR Code submission, to inform them they have won a prize. Eligible entrants are responsible for ensuring that they can be contacted at their registered email address and/ or phone number provided.
If the Promoter or his authorised agents/ retailer are not able to make contact with the winner/s within one calendar month, after the first attempt of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner’s entitlement will lapse.
General:
The Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to:

- Suspend, change, or cancel the Promotional offer rules and terms and conditions at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which make it necessary to do so.
- Add additional terms within the duration of the Promotional offer.
- Exclude dubious entries on the basis it believes its terms and conditions were not adhered to.
- To seek assistance from the outlet of the verification of a valid entry.
- To make the final decision on all matters pertaining to the promotional offer.
